Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

We deliver worldwide with both standard and express shipping.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) are tiered according to the shipping region: Germany, EU, and worldwide.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
Standard shipping within Germany is always free of charge.
No additional shipping costs are charged once a certain order volume is reached.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within the following time frames:

Standard Shipping

• Domestic (Germany): 3 – 5 days
• EU: 5 – 7 days*
• Worldwide: 7 – 14 days*

Express Shipping

• Domestic (Germany): 1 – 2 days
• EU: 2 – 5 days*
• Worldwide: 5 – 10 days*

Please note that delivery does not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

*After conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time we receive your payment instruction).
